I worked with Danielle on a hit and run case with an uninsured driver. She not only won the case and reparations but argued the case so well the judge gave us more than what we were initially asking for. Chris Toepp was the attorney and right from the initial consultation to the final settlement he made me feel like he was there just for me. I was given his cell number and he said do not hesitate to call. His team could not of done a better job, needless to say I know who I would refer should anyone need help with personal injury! A great attorney and hopefully a lasting friend.

From day one it has been a joy to be a client of this fine establishment and especially the assistance of Mr. Chris Toepp and his awesome and fantastic team. He assured me that I was in good hands and I would not have to worry about anything. So said so done. Chris took excellent care and kept in communication along every step. The process was seamless and I know things would have ended differently had it not been for Chris! Mr Toepp is the LeBron James of his craft and I challenge anyone to say differently. I was in an accident at work that was very complicated. I went to this firm for guidance and I’m so glad I did. Danielle Bringard made the entire experience seamless. She pushed until I was more than happy with the settlement while honoring all my requests to avoid court and my workplace. Danielle Bringard kept me informed and took her time to ensure I understood everything. Jackie Powers, the paralegal, was very pleasant to deal with. I can’t say enough good things about the team they have there. I highly recommend this firm, they clearly know what they’re doing with a team like Bringard and Powers.

I had gotten into a car accident in November and I was told that I could relly on these people but the lawyer I got didn't return my phone calls after I was able to go home I had to go to court by myself and face a judge which in the end I still have medical bills I can use but I can't because my lawyer never calls me back this is my first time in the legal system with this sort of thing and I will NEVER use this company again or refer anyone to it.
