Our father passed away so suddenly, we didn't know where to even begin. We didn't know what to expect as we started trying to plan the funeral. Everything was laid out in an easy-to-follow way when we met with Mark Thurston. We had everything planned and the casket chosen in less than an hour. It was a difficult thing to do, just personally, and Mark was right there with a hug when I got emotional. We were able to get the obituary posted online and in the paper and only had to go through the mortuary. They arranged everything with the American Legion to give my dad military honors. The day of the funeral, I again didn't know what to expect or quite what to do. They did it all, including rearranging the chairs, bringing in the flowers, and providing us with the programs and a book for our friends and family to sign. They recorded the entire service and had it ready to go for my mom at the end. We are so grateful for their care and concern for our family, for how easy they made the process at such a difficult time, and for how they cared for my father's body. I know we will all remember the beautiful funeral we were able to have, made possible by Allen-Hall Mortuary.

We would highly recommend the services of Allen Mortuaries. It is caring and competent. I need to give a shout-out to Amanda who was very patient in working up the obituary and life sketch we had her do. We made a number of editing changes, and she remained pleasant and willing to make the adjustments. Each step we needed to take with the funeral was explained well and executed professionally.

We had 2 funerals in 2 weeks, Allen - Hall mortuary graciously guided us through both of them. They were a great blessing when we needed it most. A big thank you to Jason, Mark, Amanda, and the rest of their staff; we really appreciated their loving care and professional service.

They made it easy to decide on all the details. The staff was friendly and helpful. The mortuary is peaceful and beautiful inside. Everything was very nice.

Allen Mortuary assisted us with the funeral arrangements for our daughter from a distance.  They made a very tragic experience a bit easier with their excellent service.  I highly recommend them to family and friends.
