I would normally go for my 6 month check ups and front desk was very nice and professional as well as doctors. They made you feel comfortable because they would have conversations with you. Never had a problem. I stoped going because i moved.

Great great staff wonderful doctor My kids are 5 and 7 and they are soooo good with them. When we came in it was just for a checkup but they ended up several things done. Not only did they both get everything they needed done but I also had a meeting that I could not miss via phone and Internet and I was able to use their conference rooms for my meeting. I am absolutely delighted with the level of service and care that we get here and the amenities that they offer thank you so much

I had tooth pain and was advised by Dr. Dipali that I needed a root canal and crown. She took over two hours just to perform the root canal. During the procedure, I was in pain and had to ask her for more anesthetic shots throughout the procedure. At the two week follow-up, everything seem fine. However, after a month, I noticed a weird sensation in the same area the root canal and crown was done, but no pain. The sensation turned into a slight pain, and progressively got worse. I contacted the dentist and was told there would be a charge for her to look the crown. She offered a discount for the visitation charge, but said any other costs for fixing the issue would not be reduced. I have had a root canal and crown done before with a different dentist, and did not have issues. Likewise, my friends and family don't have pain or sensations after their root canals and crowns. I feel Dr. Dipali did not perform the work correctly. At the very least, the second check up should have not cost anything. She seemed dismissive that there could be any mistake in her work, and instead said the pain could be from neighboring teeth.

We love Allen Heights Dental! The staff are so friendly. The kids can pick a show to watch while they are getting their teeth cleaned and checked. They have sunglasses for the kids to protect them from the harsh lights. They always get a fun light up tooth -brush and toy from the treasure chest. When only one of my kid's are scheduled, the other kid wants to tag along and visit the dentist office because they always have a good, safe experience there. Would recommend this place anytime!
