One of the shadiest dealerships I have ever worked with. All of the cars are overpriced compared to the rest of the market. I test drove a '14 Hyundai Sonata Limited a couple of weeks ago. It was nice, but they wouldn't meet me at a more reasonable price...So I left. I stayed in contact with the dealer, who told me to come back and discuss the price with his Manager, since I had another Sonata with less miles that was LISTED at the price that Allen Hyundai negotiated down to (back to the overpriced issue). I agreed to make the hour drive out there, told the dealer when I would be there, gave up my day of looking at other cars, and drove all the way back to Allen Hyundai to meet the Manager. Despite the fact that I let them know I was coming, when I left, and when I would get there, they didn't have the common courtesy to contact me when they sold it while I was on my way. Selling a car takes 2-3 hours, and they were moving into finance when I got there...So they had to have started the process before I even left. All it takes is one phone call or text, but they let me drive all the way out there to look at a sold car. The manager made an offer on a very similar car with less miles for the same price he offered on the sold car. I said no, because I couldn't afford that offer for the first car...So how could I afford it for car with a little less miles? A couple of weeks go by, I get back more money from my totalled car than I expected, so against my better judgement, I go back to look at the other car. It's nice, but again...Overpriced. I test drive the car, then ask the dealer to check if the offer still stands. He made a snide comment with the ego that goes with the employees at Allen Hyundai, went to his manager, then came back and said "We Out." You're in your 40's or 50's, please speak proper English if you're going to bullshit somebody. He then tried to tell me that it was a different car, which is a complete lie. I have been watching their website and had that car saved on 2 different sites since before my first visit. I know for a fact it was the same car...They are just shady. If you're looking for a nice car that is priced fair, and you want to deal with salesmen that handle themselves professionally and consider customer service a valuable piece of running a company, avoid Allen Hyundai AT ALL COSTS. Go to a cheap place with a cardboard sign at the entrance...At least thet don't try to disguise their business as legitimate. Allen Hyundai's overpriced cars are only outmatched by their overinflated egos.

Service department has some legit people that work there. They fix anything you bring to them. Make an appointment if you want Service, makes it go faster.
