Reviews should never be written while angry or upset.  My review of the Allen Agency was written while in a bad mood.  However, the response from the Allen Agency was prompt, courteous, sincere and responsive. Therefore, I have modified my review and comments accordingly.

Thanks to Scott Carlson, we will continue to work with the Allen Agency in Camden, Maine and encourage others to do the same and make sure they stay with the agent who originally signed them and continue to provide feedback both positive and, if necessary, "instructive".
