I've had auto and homeowners insurance through Allen Insurance for about 15 years.  They are a pleasure to work with, and go "above and beyond" in providing service.

This agency is very difficult to work with.  I am not covered by them, but was in an accident with one of their policy holders and they have been rude and not helpful.
