This is a company I have had my insurance with for several years, close to a decade now, and they have ALWAYS been their for me. With all the options out there on the market, I've just never experienced anyone else that has such a customer orientated service. The larger companies are all about numbers and trying to get out of offering coverage, Allen and Purcell takes the time to offer superior customer service and explaining the ends and outs of insurance. I'm not a professional at insurance, but after communicating with them, I kinda' feel like I am now!

This is the best company I've ever insured with! They are on top of their game here and always handle things fast for me! I have referred several people to them and always will! Keep up the good work yall!

Beverly Purcell and Allen & Purcell Insurance always go to bat for their clients. When you're insured here you are family and it shows in the extent they are willing to go whenever you need them.

I walked in today at 10:07 when I sat down a African American woman was also waiting. after waiting with her for 20 minutes listening to the insurance lady talk her mouth off about everything but insurance. After 20 minutes the African American woman had enough and left. Now it's 1056 and now I've heard everything about this insurance lady's life her mom her sister died she went on and on about Bullshit at this time I also had enough tell the woman she is rude for just sitting there and talking the whole time.it was obvious she is racist did not want to help me and ignored me the whole time don't give these people any business they are racist and rude.
