I went to seven different furniture stores in the immediate region. I have a spinal condition and actually use the chair as my bed. It was nice to finally walk in to this furniture store and sit in a chair that I knew was perfect, I don’t know if the sales person owned the place or not but she certainly knew what she was talking about. Despite the damn commercials on television, this store has a terrific selection and a great sales staff. I spent 15 minutes in the store and they put my new recliner in my van and I took it home the same day. Next time I’m looking for furniture I’m only going to this one.

Would not honor warranty on Simmons Beautyrest Mattress less than a year old.  Indicated that I had to purchase a new box spring too for the warranty to be valid.  Nothing indicating this on the sales slip.  When was the last time a box spring went bad on you ?  What happens when it is a platform bed ? 
I  used this mattress for less than 6 months in a vacation home.  I am 6 ft 210 lbs.  Mattress looks more like a 350 lb person slept on it !  Next time I will buy it from COSTCO or SAMS club and add the extra warranty for $15.  Then you get real service from a real company.

Have the salesman press his pants and shirt. His sloppy appearance keeps customers away.
