The lifeguards are rude and sassy they yell at the kids and they make up crazy rules also we have a membership and we should get a refund. The lifeguards their a ghetto it was my friends first time and we never want to go they again.You have to take a really hard swim test in 12 feet and you have to take the test to go on basically everything like the lily pads, slides, and the diving board. I understand they want to keep everybody safe but you can't even pick up your kid!!😳😡Also hope this review can change stuff at this splash zone!!😡😡😡😡

My family and I came to Allentown Splash, Tennis and Fitness for our first time today for a birthday party. Only one of my children were here for the party so I expected to pay for my other children. What I didn't expect was to be cheated out of my money. After the party I returned to the front desk and ask about passes. Shelia gave me a sheet outlining the fees. Low and behold they had a family pass for 37.00. That pass would be good for a month. I told her I just paid 21.00 dollars for one day. She said the staff doesn't always remember to mention the passes which could save the customers money. She then says the best I could do, is offer an apology. I can appreciate the apology but how about letting me pay the additional 16.00 dollars for the family pass. I was tild they could do that. That response is Unsatisfactory ! Good help is hard to find. The facility was nice and my children enjoyed themselves but the customer service should have been better!

The facility is beautiful but the staff under direction of management have created way too many rules. #1 adults have to be 4 ft within reach of child (this makes sense). But #2 the child must stay in water up to her lower chest. This is stupid. So now I can't teach her to swim and I have to be crowded with a thousand other kicking, screaming, and splashing kids. These 2 rules shouldn't go together. If you want me to be right next to my child allow me and my child to enjoy other parts of the beautiful pool.

All possible stars for aquatics instructor Marika Jones, who is leading water aerobics classes in a professional manner, and with a warm permanent smile on her face. She inspires the students and her classes are very effective. The center is great, and conveniently located.

Unless your child can pass an extremely rigorous swim test they will swimming in a 3 foot circle of water with 1000 daycamp swimmers for the entire visit. Why do they let these hoodies take the fun out of EVERYTHING?? Staff rude and ghetto. Always yelling at the kids. Stay home. Boring unless u are an expert swimmer ( 4 foot water). Water is only 4 foot. Let the kids have fun its summer. IM DONE
