I was just called by this company via my cell phone.  First, I have cell phone issues to where I have to put calls on speaker in order to hear them.  They can hear me but I can not hear them unless they are on speaker.  Next, my phone blacks out once in a while so I am unable to press the speaker icon in order to hear the caller.  I had to hang up and call back (which I did immediately) and I tried to applogize and explain what happened and the lady stated, "You hung up on me!" and began speaking over me and interrupted during the entire conversation.  My son's first day of school was yesterday and he was not able to get on a bus and I simply wanted the problem resolved.  She was defensive and accusatory in the conversation and it was very difficult to simply resolve the problem.
