DONT RENT AT ANY PROPERTIES!!I am a resident of the property Broadstone Evoke located at 1025 Preston Rd Apt 1010, Plano since July 15, 2017. The only reason this property was a great fit for me is because I have two dogs that enjoy laying in the grass and lounging on the patios. When I toured the property, my only interest was an apartment with a backyard and there was one available so I definitely signed the lease. After I moved in, I noticed my backyard was consistently wet and muddy. I thought it was the sprinklers making my yard wet but my neighbors yards were ok so I finally went to the office and talked with Leasing agent on July 24, 2017. He later called that day, stating a construction worker left the water running, so I figured my yard would finally be normal and start drying. On August 6, 2017 I submitted a maintenance request since my yard wasn’t drying, it was actually getting worse and began looking like a swamp. I’ve had many conversations with Property manager and the leasing staff consistently regarding my yard and if anyone will repair whatever needs to be done. Management said since the irrigation is under my yard there’s nothing they can do. I have been extremely patient for my yard to get repaired but at this point I am beyond frustrated for a multitude of reasons; 1) I would not have moved to this property if I knew I wouldn’t have a working back yard. I would’ve found another property. 2) Residents with yards pay more monthly. So why should I be paying for something that I really can’t use? None of my neighbors have any issues with their yard, its only affecting my yard. 3) It doesn’t matter if I clean my apartment anymore, if my dogs go out on the patio/yard their paws are full of mud and tracks in the entire apartment and ruin my furniture so I had to purchase a tarp and cover my backyard for when my dogs go on patio to prevent from damaging interior. 4) I was in the yard last week, and I slipped. Now my arm is really sore. When is enough, enough? This is the frustration I am going through as I type this. Living at Broad Stone Evoke for five months and can’t use my backyard when I pay extra for it and received the run around. I only live in an apartment so I don’t deal with issues like this and I don’t need to worry about it. I am wrong I still need to worry about it. My yard is still swampy and the Reginal Manager or Executive Assistant can’t even answer my emails or call me since the property manager is unwilling to help. Worst management I ever seen I think they need to provide management courses.DO NOT BELIEVE ALLIANCE RESIDENTIAL US CUSTOMER CENTRIC FOCUS. It’s all a lie.

Rude unprofessional I can only assume my kind isn’t welcome. I visited this location looking for a potential new home and the sales associate looked at me grabbed the Caucasian couple to take them on a tour and acted as if I didn’t exist didn’t say Hi I’ll be with you or anything at all.
