If I could leave a negative rating I would!! There wasn't one single thing plumbed or wired correctly in our new home ~ all the work was done by Allied. When they would send someone in to make a repair we often ended up with more problems than we started with! Incorrectly installed our heat pump.. and with broken parts no less  ~ took them almost a year to get it working properly. We've since hired 2 contractors to Coe in and fix the "fixes" Allied provided. We're still working on getting our plumbing issues straightened out! I won't let Allied in our home ~ they're incompetent, condescending & rude on top of being ridiculously expensive. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. It has cost us a great deal of time & money to bring our home to the way it should have been given to us upon completion!

Excellent service! Prompt, polite, and professional. We had a system installed a little over a month ago, and could not be more pleased. The installers arrived on time each day, and actually finished a day sooner than expected (this was a rather large project). They cleaned up after themselves, leaving no trace that they were here; other than the new AC system, which has been a life saver over the past couple weeks. The installers were very knowledgeable, and took time to explain all of our new features in great detail. I have recommended Allied to all of my neighbors, and will continue to recommend them to anyone who looking for a quality service company.

I had led lights that needs to be installed and to turned on. It took more that 2 hours for "electrician" to figure out how simple led lights work but still nothing is done installation wise. After that it took him 40 minutes to do his paper work which was also included on charge. And finally we ended up NOT installed led lights but 3 hours of work $300 has been charged for something that is not done. I am not happy with result. It is the most ridiculous service experience i have ever had.

Ductless HVAC installation that looks like a 5 year old did it.  I would like to tell you how it works, but the job has been sitting, unfinished in all of the rain, for nearly a week while they wait on the actual unit that cools the air.  I guess they didn't check to make sure they had everything before starting?  Unprofessional work and no follow up.

They are a dishonest company they lie and go against there promises they have convected felon working for them and a drug users
