Met with Dr Johnson. Never in my life have I had such a compassionate experience with a doctor. She gave me the space that I needed to express my concerns and cared about my condition. Really fantastic. Got home and told my wife how great the doctor was and, after comparing notes, my wife recalled having seen her previously with similar results. Dr Johnson is an outstanding person and a very thoughtful doctor.

Absolutely the best people working there, from the front desk, to the lab technicians, and those doing medical testing.  The care I have recieved is outstanding.  Dr. Schmitz found a abnormality I had that my specialist said was lucky to be found, and to tell her she did a good job.

The doctors here are really good however the lab technitions are terribly rude. I had my son in there this morning and I was very discouraged by the way is was treated by the lab people. They made us feel like we were a complete inconvenience to them just being there. If the lead office staff actually reads these reviews then you need to address your customer service with your lab folk. Absolutely terrible every time I go in. A simple smile and being empathetic to your patients can go a long way. If it doesn't change, we will be looking for another provider. Again, I can't say enough good things about our doctor but the staff in the lab was terrible.
