I called just to ask a few questions on pricing for storage. Instead of a friendly helpful response. they refused to answer me, instead they ask me questions. I said I just wanted pricing on the units, they asked me what I was storing, furniture or boxes, I said some of both. They still refused to give me pricing. When I said, I guess you don't want my business, they HUNG UP ON ME!!! This is not the kind of place I would recommend or want to go to if it was the last place on earth. I do not feel it is any of their business what I am storing, they could make a recommendation but to Demand of a Customer and not be kind or polite to answer a simple question on pricing is ridiculous.
