I really like this bank. I've had my account for 8 years or so and it hasn't cost me anything. No monthly charge or minimum balance. Most deposits are available instantly. This bank is a gem.

The worst bank (experience) I have ever dealt with. Member service agent in Lexington was rude. Told me that my credit rating was 615. I contacted Experian while I was in her office they confirmed that my rating was 851. Tosha pretty much told me to leave. After this experiecnce I went to my normal bank (BB&T) bank and got a loan to pay off AllSouth because I didn't want to ever deal with them again, I called the next day to try and pay off my loan and they refused to take the payoff. Would not let me pay over the phone or in cash or on the internet. Ellen was much ruder than Tosha. DON'T USE THIS BANK unless you enjoy being ABUSED!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible service and rude employees.

So friendly! I wish it were closer to my home. AllSouth has a branch that is more convenient (distance-wise) from my house but the staff there is hit or miss. This is my favorite one to go to! :D
