All-Star Collision Repair and Auto Painting is the JOKE OF THE YEAR!

Took a car up to All-Star Collision in Plano, TX for a paint job early this month on a Tuesday. When the car was dropped off we specified the paint color we, the customer, wanted and was paying for. They told us to pickup the car on Thursday at 5:00pm. Come Thursday when contacted, they notified us that they THOUGHT the color we chose didn't look "good" on the car so they said they REPAINTED the entire car back to the original color WITHOUT asking us, the customer, and also noted that the car was not ready yet.

I believe the service I paid for was to have the car painted the color I wanted? It boggles my mind to try and comprehend that a business would attempt to make a judgement call and repaint without asking the customer at all, then expecting to hand it back to you when it was not what we paid for?

When we went to go pick up the car this Saturday morning we demanded the least they could do for us would be to give us a discount if they weren't going to paint it the color we paid for. As far as record is concerned, they did not charge for the paint job, but then added on enough "labor hours" (that was spent repainting when we hadn't asked them to) until the price was the same until before. They had said that it was extremely courteous and thoughtful of them to have repainted our car for us without asking. THAT'S NOT THEIR JOB, NOT WHAT THEY WERE PAID FOR. When bad reviews online, on BBB, and small claims court were threatened the employee laughed IN OUR FACES. Then when we had demanded we wanted to talk to his boss he would not allow us to talk to him and "called" him himself. When my brother leaned over to look at the phone, there was no number on the phone, no dial. He told us if we wanted to talk to his boss we had to come back monday.

So if you are down for a gamble and horrible irrational customer service, take your car to All-Star Collision Repair and Auto Painting! They'll be sure to #### it up somehow!
