This is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any type of agent of any product/service, to cancel a policy, it will take 3 calls to corporate customer service, extensive emails back and forth with the agent, and then 2 visits during your work week, and a direct ass lighting of the owner to accomplish the end goal... it's absolutely absurd and ridiculous... Never again, I'm extremely happy for Liberty Mutual... 24/7 customer service no matter what the issues (issues are normal, resolution of the issues are how confident you should feel in a provider of service) are you'll never be redirected or be told a false 24 hr turnaround... Started a cancellation policy on 10/6/16, today is 12/2/16...

I have been an Allstate customer for over 10 years, last year I moved to NJ and used this agent. In June I cancelled my auto policy because I got a better deal on Auto and Home (Allstate would not cover my home due to the age of the home), this agent (Mark Liang) told me to reply to his e-mail stating I need to cancel (which I did) and he would cancel my policy. He even confirmed it was done. 4 months later Allstate sends me a bill and collection notice, turns out he DID NOT cancel me, and they continued to charge me and send me to collections. WORSE PART is when I reached out (phone and e-mail several times) the office is IGNORING ME! At least Allstate 1800 number is helping me, and I won't have to pay so IF YOU USE ALLSTATE DO NOT USE THIS AGENT THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!! Worst customer service I experienced!

Very terrible & awful agent. Already advise this agent to terminate my policy prior to (6-day in advance) my policy expired. This agent still charged my bank checking account at full amount for renewing 6-month policy. Even worse is I called the 800 number and the customer service cannot offer any help at all but just said will have this agent to take care of it. They take money from customer after they already were informed by customer about the termination. This business conduct is totally outrage and illegal.

Awful service!!! Its impossible to talk to agent and they NEVER return calls!!! I was on the line with the agent about home insurance it was taking for ever to upload on their system so the agent told me to get back to me but he NEVER did and when called back a day later he started to talk to me in Chinese eventhough i told him that IM NOT CHINESE!!!!

Takes a very long time to refund your money if you make a mistake on your initial policy. Also, lacks good communication skills with customers: I have not heard anything about my refund in over two weeks despite numerous e-mails to my agent.
