Wish I would of read the reviews of this place it's a joke and waste of time. Never had any problems clean record and they can't explain a almost $40 increase. And when I called to cancel my policy they have no record or note that I called but all the other calls were recorded. I should have never left progressive and I'm glad I'm back with them a lot more professional place

been with Allstate for over a decade,  this agent blatantly ignored every attempt  to contact him.  never spoke to him after the initial meeting 4yrs ago.  completely useless.  please just go up the block to some one more professional.

Great service they speak Spanish which is great because they understand me better, Always answer all my doubts have been with them for 5 years really recommend them I feel like the people putting negative stuff is talking about some other agency. Maria is someone I normally work with. Good people :)

Absolutely rude for no reason.... I have been paying for full coverage with this company for a few years now...after talking to Alex I won't be using this company anymore. Why would you hang up on me? Seriously.
