The staff at the Manteca office has always been more than helpful every time that I have needed help and/or called. Jennifer and the staff is great!

Poor customer service in the Manteca Allstate branch. Very unprofessional, no follow up, lack of interest and unwillingness to assist anyone who buys a policy online, and not through their office. I went online and decided to switch over our vehicle insurance to AllState early July, and a confirmation and temporary proof of insurance was generated. A notice also stated that official policy and proof was to arrive in 7-10 days in the mail. A week went by and nothing ever arrived. So my wife decided to call to get a status, and was referred to local All state Manteca branch. At the branch she was told that some forms required signature and that they had been mailed. Again a few days went by nothing arrived, so wife calls again and this time she was told she had to come in personally to show vehicle registrations. With her busy schedule, she opted in sending a soft copy via email complying to this request. Accepted by the branch we waited for a final resolution. A letter finally arrived 3.5 weeks later stating that our policy was been terminated and a balance was due. Frustrated, I decided to call today and the lady at branch stated she was going to pull my policy and get back to me. I provided my email and phone number. No follow up or reply was received after several hours. So an hour prior to closing, I decided to drive to branch hoping for at least get an answer. Surprised to see me there, the lady I had spoken with earlier in the day proceeded to state that there was a glitch in the system, and she couldn't pull up the policy hence the reason why I never received anything in the mail. (What kind of lousy cheap excuse was that, almost a month later!) And last thing she said, "this is the reason why we prefer people to come in and not go online". No apology for wasting my time was offered. I guess my business wasn't good enough. Sorry Allstate you're NOT in good hands... I'm going somewhere else.
