When I first came to this agency it was great about 3+ yeas ago I worked with Giselle and she was amazing never had an issue questions or concerns were always resolved quickly. I can't say the same now. Just plain terrible! Customer service; what's that? There was an ocassion when they were trying to over charge me for something and they just refused to help me. I was told there was nothing they could do, I ended up going to another Allstate agency and they ended fixing the issue in less than 5 mins. Something I had been disputing for over a week was fixed so easily somewhere else. I should've called it quits then but I didn't. :/ I recently tried to add another vehicle a long with my husband and I was quoted a ridiculous amount , i once again called another Allstate agency and the quote was a lot less. Not only that every time I call I always get put on hold. Anita is always with "someone" funny when I went in before calling just seconds before and what do you know? no one was there. it seems she's the only one that runs everything because the receptionists can't give you any info and its just bad Anita never follows up, always has an appointment, always on another line, and always being put on hold to end up with no resolution. Not helpful at all. Save yourself from this agency. They just, SUCK!

I used to have State Farm insurance my policy was not explained to me properly. When I switch to Allstate Anita was very helpful and informative took the time to explain my policy in a way I could understand answered my questions and concerns and ended up saving money with Allstate. Always a pleasure talking to her and the staff. They do follow ups which is a plus.

Corey Underwood has been my family's agent since 1999. We will continue to trust everything to Corey and for the years to come. Anita Nava , who is running his office now, is very knowledgeable, understanding, and kind. She is really fun to talk with. With Corey and Anita as our agents,we do feel like "We are in GOOD HANDS".

Been with them since 1997, probably when Corey had just opened it, bcs he would take care of us. I had never had a problem with them, little hiccups when employees are passing through, but the best stay. Corey is lucky to have good employees that are there for years. Thanks Annita, miss Giselle, but your all good.
