My previous agent couldn't provide a needed service on my renters policy, so I switched to Don Dietrich's agency about 3 years ago.  Not only was Wendy able to provide the necessary service on a moment's notice, but she also managed to save me hundreds of dollars per year over what I had been paying at the other agency.  Their service continues to be top-notch, and I couldn't be more pleased.

Don has been my Allstate agent for more than 28 years, for my auto, life and home insurance.  He has always provided beyond -excellent service to me and my family!!  He and Wendy are professional, courteous, and always there when I've needed them.  I highly recommend Don, Wendy, and the entire agency!!!   Keep up the great work!!!

Don, Wendy & Penny are the best agents! We've been with them for over 25 years!! Couldn't be any happier with their level of friendliness, service, knowledge & expertise, that has truly been above and beyond any other insurance company!

Very disappointed the way he handled customer care more about money then customer he never canceled my policy
