Horrible, a total nightmare, never let these scam artist sell you a roadside policy, ran out of gas 26° temps only to call Allstate Roadside to find out they sold us a phony roadside policy that you have to pay the services up, we nearly froze our asses off waiting on someone we barely even knew to help us out, if i was rich enough to afford roadside out of pocket, I'd be a capitalist pig to even have roadside.

Nicole is absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond to help with my insurance needs, I was coming from out of state/Country and she did everything possible to make it happen and was very supportive along the way. She is the the leading example of customer service!
