I was in an accident on June 10th and have not heard ANYTHING from Jim Harrison's office at all.. Not one outreach.. NOTHING!! All I get from this agency are form marketing JUNK emails soliciting more $$ and coverage.. NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER!! I reached out to your office, Mr. Harrison, and was told by your receptionist that you "only do sales" and passed the buck.. A guy by the name of Alex Ficken was supposed to be handling my claim.. There was a supplemental on the job and Alex did nothing to coordinate the supplement and then left on a 2 week vacation.. Alex personally cost me 10 days on my repair.. I do know that your company has gone all in with your 'Quick Photo App' - THE MAIN REASON THERE WAS A SUPPLEMENT!! Your customers are not in 'GOOD HANDS' with this change in philosophy.. There are ALLSTATE offices all over Bozeman, Montana but there are only 3 adjusters in the entire state and NONE OF THEM HAVE ACTUALLY LOOKED AT MY VEHICLE!!! It is obvious that you all work for THE WIZARD OF OZZ.. No one in your entire company seems to be in charge or accepts any responsibility.. What sort of company is this?? I am not impressed.. Hopefully, someone gives a **** about my business..
