This agent is RUDE!! 
Dear Joe, you are not the only one around and with your manners I doubt you will earn customers. You specifically told me you would love to be my agent so it seems customers are not flocking to you but with your lack of professionalism and terrible attitude it only makes sense to call another agent who will treat a customer with respect.

If I can put negative stars on Joe Ricker I would. He is very RUDE to his customers! I signed up with allstate end of July and yes, I did everything last minute, but when you have a family and a family member in the hospital, plus a hectic work schedule you cant plan anything to happen on time. Please either find a different agent other than Joe Ricker! He talks you down and treats you like crap. I even asked him "Is this how you treat your customers?" and was very surprised that he is the Agency Owner the way he was talking to me :(

This was my first experience with Allstate. I was very impressed with Joe and his staff. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Glad I made the switch from the insurance company I had. Joe made the transition very easy. Thanx Joe!
