Your desk sectarian hang up the phone on me. Not a helpful place

Staff is always professional, courteous, friendly and helpful.  Every time I call for a quote or with questions, I receive a quick and accurate response.  They truly understand the meaning of customer service.  Would definitely recommend to others.

years ago I reached out for an auto quote from this company spoke with a lady that was very rude, over spoke me and would never follow up with a quote. I emailed Keith which he did respond, apologize, yada-yada-yada but I still stated that treatment was so bad I would not ever do business there but here 2 years later they automatically without my consent run my credit for a quote?! Another lady, also rude and won't let you speak, tries to tell me it's a "generic" letter from Allstate and won't affect my credit. BULL I worked for a credit bureau and also checked it ABSOLUTELY does. Buyer beware, scammers, liars, poor practice, no integrity and all around poor customer service. You should always pay attention that you may be dealing with consumers that are online and social media specialists which can cost you big.
