Left Alsate years ago & thought I'd check again on advice of a friend. Not only were the rates great but the service was better. Heather actually called (rarity now a days) me. She looked for good deals, saved me money, & on the ball when it came to my mortgage company. So HAPPY!!

My wife and I have all of our insurance with Bob and his team and we are beyond satisfied. He is a great guy who really cares about his customers. We just did our annual review with Bob and he showed me several ways to save money. 5 stars. Highly recommended.

Terrible! If i could give 0 stars I would. I cnx my policy 2 weeks prior to my credit card being hit. I also requested a confirmation email through the rep Deborah that she confirmed she received and the policy was canceled. Low and behold my credit card was charged $190.00 after the policy was cnx. I called several times just to get the run around and NO help from Deborah as well as being put on hold Numerous times. At one point I was removed from hold (by accident) just to hear all the reps laughing and Joking when Deborah was to be making a follow up call. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They never return calls when they say they will. When asked to speak with Robert Wood , I spoke with him and he is half def so the Deborah "Interpreted the conversation for him" come to find out the cnx wasnt put through till today when I called to complain. When I asked for resolution he said that was ABOVE THEIR PAY GRADE! Then he terminated the call! What a SCAM! Deborah isnt even qualified to flip burgers let alone deal with someones personal information.
