Very unprofessional, rude. Called me that he had my policy available, since I signed up on line, and when I get to his office he doesn't have anything new to tell me. He told me that he would NOT help me, since I signed up on line, I would have to cancel on line, even though Allstate assigned me this agent. I called the 1800 number to cancel in three occasions and Allstate doesn't cancel. Allstate underinsured my home and cars, a true nightmare and wate of time.

I check rates with at least 5 or 6 major companies each and every 6 months. And ALLSTATE always beats them even when including all of their discounts.  Hurray for ALLSTATE (that's 2 cars and homeowner's coverage).  A+
