Horrible!!! This place has gone down hill since berny nichols left.  Get in an accident they dont care call the 800 number.  Lastly i called to cancel my policy when i got married and they continued to charge my account had to call corporate to get my policy cancelled and $$ credited to my account. Shop around cheaper is better in this case
