This agency has worked well for me since I changed from my 20+ year plus agent. They are prompt to answer the phone and address my questions or policy needs. I compared prices and when my auto and home were bundled, the savings were better than my old agent or any other agent that I got quotes from.
This is the best insurance company I have ever used. The people are friendly and professional but also really quick at getting back with you. The discounts are incredible. I am extremely happy with not only Allstate but with everyone in this office in particular. Highly recommend

I decided that i needed a local agency assigned to my acct. Went by the office and Cassie said she had assigned me to their office but everytime i sign in it always shows the old agency. Can Allstate please fix this or is there something i haven't done?
