I LOVE WORKING WITH JOHN PAUL AND HIS TEAM. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY.  THIS BRACH OF ALSOP KNOWS HOW TO LISTEN TO THE NEEDS OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.  THEY WENT BACK TO THE BASIC!!!  TREATING PEOPLE LIKE POEPLE, NOT A NUMBER OR A SYMBOL!! KEEP THE GREAT WORK!!

This agency has very friendly staff.  They make insurance buying easy.  I would and have recommended friends & family to this agency.  The customer service department is always helpful and willing to go above and beyond for all customer needs and the agents are all very knowledgeable.  Would give 10 stars if I could!  Wonderful agency!

Allstate member over 30 years. Excellent coverage on my Home and Vehicles. FAST, easy, courteous service. Lowest rates (for me) nationwide. Did not raise my rates for claims. 
Recently compared to an auto accident my brother had; his insurer and the other driver's insurer were much more difficult to deal with. 
I would give Allstate more than 5 stars for the coverage of a fire in my home, thefts from my home and vehicle, and a couple minor traffic accidents. Resolved or started working on claims within 24 hrs. 100+% satisfaction.
