I really like Cathe Cook All-State Insurance, not just because they are insurance company but they are very professional and easy to with. I would definitely recommend to family and friends because they are wonderful and very friendly. They usually explain everything to me if I have a question about my bill or my coverage. I have been with Cathe Cook All-State about 10 years, I tried going to other insurance company but I end up back with all-state. I love all your staff at Cathe Cook. Thank you for being there when I need you and Thank you for all your help and many more years to come.:)

I love this office because of my favorite and best agent ever!  She has always helped me with all of my insurance questions and problems in the most professional and courteous manner.  More than ten years association and I'm really grateful for everything.  Thanks Rachelle and staff!!

Allstate has been great! They're always so nice whenever I have spoken with them and they are very prompt. Making any changes or adjustments has always been quick and painless. Wonderful people to be with. The only downfall I have had is the increase in rate. It seems like every 6 months or so, the monthly rate goes up a few dollars. Which doesn't seem like a big deal, but it definitely starts to add up.

Cathe is very attentive to her customer's needs. She is flexible and gave us a great price based on our needs. She is also super friendly and very easy to work with!
