I went to see an Allstate rep to make sure my documents that I had to mail back were correct. I was denied service because the "information was too sensitive, and therefore had to be taken to the original location where I signed up" as I later found out, as long as I provide my policy number, all my info would have pulled up. As a company, Allstate is easily my favorite, however this particular location in my perspective has employees that are a little stand off-ish and pass on work that doesn't benefit them somehow.

Non existing customer service. She did not care I was a long term customer. Well she just lost me.

She was very courteous and friendly...
I would recomend Michelle to anyone who needs help on getting ins......
