My experience with this agency has been very disappointing. I was a customer with them for about 4 years until about 3 months ago. Initially, I thought their service was very good but after a billing problem kept recurring (for about two years) the rep that was handling my case basically gave up trying to straighten the issue out with their corporate contacts, leaving me to fend for myself.

I expressed how disappointed I was and again went overall the facts with him. He stated that he also disagreed with their decision but said it was out of the Shawn Burke Agency's hands. He also told me I was "lucky" they weren't going to retroactive the decision and that he hoped my complaint about this wouldn't reflect poorly on him and the Shawn Burke agency with corporate. I felt let down by his lack of commitment to solving the problem and also that his comments were quite inappropriate.  I also asked him whom I could contact at corporate to further investigate and express my disappointment about their decision. He would not provide me with the department he spoke with about my policy but instead told me to call the 1800 number (which bounced me back to their office where I was just left on hold for about 15 minutes, 2x in a row!).
The Allstate Rep. basically dropped me like a hot potato. Why he wouldn't help me find the proper channel to voice my dissatisfaction with this decision by Allstate is very off putting as well.

I was left with the impression that the Shawn Burke Allstate Agency did not seem interested in doing the right thing for their loyal customer. It has been a very frustrating, time consuming and stressful situation for my family and I. It's sad because I liked dealing with them besides this and found my other interactions positive.

I finally found out from a different agency that Allstate has a department set up specifically to deal with this type of problem (Allstate Solution Acceleration Process, Allstate Brand Operations -Customer Service) and had my issue resolved quickly that way. I then switched to another local Allstate agency and so far so good.

My personal experience has been amazing so far. Best insurance companies out there. We are with this company for years, 3 cars insured and very happy. Well recommend.

One of our cars was in an accident, the other driver's fault, and Allstate was extremely helpful with all our questions. We have been with them for many years and they have always worked with us in a timely manner and they know how to explain everything well. Highly recommend them.

I just called this Allstate to find out about the dollar a day program due to limited funds for auto insurance.  Instead of helping me to obtain an insurance policy, this branch of Allstate decided to tell me to look elsewhere - through the insurance company I no longer wish to have.  They did not even want me as a customer.  Their branch was specifically listed on the state governments website as a company I could reach out to.  I will never attempt to hire Allstate for an insurance policy again. I wish I could put 0 Stars.  No customer service, and a pretty degrading and short conversation.

Jennifer Deitzer at All-State is simply the best.  She goes above and beyond to meet her clients needs.  Enough couldn't be said about how much time she puts in and the effort she makes to please her clients.  A real superstar!!
