Great service, great people, great coverage! I've been with this agency for over 10 years now. Yes, I left one year for cheaper coverage, which as always, turned out to be a major mistake. We purchased our Home Owner's Policy, with another company. When I called to tell them, Kim asked if I would be willing to let him review the policy to make sure that I would be covered. He wasn't trying to prove the other company wrong or anything like that. He genuinely wanted to make sure I had good coverage in the event something happened. Ultimately, it saved my family from what could have been a HUGE and extremely expensive disaster. Turns out the "other" policy didn't cover "any damages from a storm due to the age of our roof". Basically if our roof caved in from a tree falling due to wind, or a tornado damaged the roof and we lost our home, they wouldn't cover anything. I was very up front with the age of the roof, especially being first time home buyers. We didn't know a lot, so we relied on what people told us. Sadly, they did not tell us anything about this "provision" in our policy until I called and questioned them. Lesson learned! I have been back with Allstate ever since and don't plan on leaving! Price shouldn't matter, having the right coverage and the right people is truly what matters the most!

Very easy to communicate with about your policy or any questions you have regarding insurance. They are all very knowledgeable and able to get you the best deal. Also very informative with keeping you up to date on policy chances or new money savers, i.e. *save driver* I would highly recommend working with Kim Albert AllState Insurance, always very professional with any matter.

I'm very pleased with the agency.  Everyone is very nice and professional.  All of my questions were answered completely, I didn't feel like I was being rushed so they can move on to someone else.  The rates are great as well. I will definitely recommend Tyler others.

My experience with the Kim Albert agency has been excellent.  They have responded with excellent service to any issue I brought to them.  They followed any claims I have had and made certain there were no glitches with the claim.

My agent at Allstate Insurance, Kim Albert, is a very personable, well informed, and helpful agent. It is always enjoyable when I meet with him and update my insurance needs where he always works hard to find ways to save me money on my policy. Recently, when I updated my policy I left feeling confident I had more than enough auto Insurance coverage to meet my needs at a very affordable price.

Everything went well and it was taken care of in a timely manner. Found one little problem later and called in and it was take care of immediately.
