Allstate Roofing, owner James Horner, is a terrible company. They re-shingled our home about five years ago. Workmanship was poor and sloppy, which Allstate Roofing now admits. They damaged our patio area; damaged our garage doors; and we suffered many leaks and water damage to the inside of our home. 

James Horner came out one time when I wasn't at home. He was rude and intimidating to my wife -- such that we had to ban him from returning unless I am here. 

Now, James Horner refuses to complete the damage to our master bedroom. He basically told us, "Take it or leave it. This is all we will do." Biggest mistake we've made on our home. Not worth hiring this company. There are MANY good companies out there. Don't pick this one!

We were approached by this company after a hail storm hit our neighborhood.  We were asked to sign an agreement by which Allstate Roofing would work with us through the claim process with our insurance and then agreed to do the roofing job for whatever the insurance paid.  We went through the process and our insurance only allowed for half of the roof (the damaged part) to be fixed.  We asked for a quote from this company to do the other half of the roof and were promised a quote.  We never received one.  Meanwhile, all our neighbors roofs were completed with this company, but we never heard back from them.  I then asked for our roof to be scheduled for just the half roof that we had received claim money from and I also never received a response after trying to reach out several times, via phone and email.  Finally we requested that we be released from our contract so we could pursue getting our roof done on our own.  Again no response.  Finally 22 weeks after the hail storm we are released and working to find a new contractor.  Very unprofessional, poor customer service and poor communication.
