I worked for this company for a about year. This is my honest experience, I can’t say it was a great experience but I can say I walked away with valuable knowledge that I had to pick up on my own. Worked along with some great people! This company doesn’t work on training you well, you either get or you don’t. They work you to the bone. Some supervisors skim on the fine line of verbal abuse. I lost my job due to my child’s illness. I repeatedly told the standing supervisor my child was seriously ill and I would be out for so many days. They tried say I quit because I was a no call no show. I don’t do that, I value my work ethic and pushed hard to meet there unmanageable quota. In the end this company left me broken and bruised because of the countless verbal abuse thrown at me. I hope they take a good look at there supervisors. I hope corporate takes a good look at how they are running because it’s not fine how they treat employees.

Joke of a company! Sent a collections letter to my 11yo son. When I called, they said he was the guarantor for another person, who is actually my wife and our son's mother. I told them they were trying to collect from a kid!  after a bit, the guy hung up on me. I called back, and this same guy agreed to hear my "story". Again, told them they were trying to collect from an 11yo. They said that wasn't their problem, and they are only going off the records from what was sent, and that my son (they said his name) needed to make a payment, unless I wanted to - I refused. Also told them the bill was paid paid in Nov. They said that was impossible because they received the filed on Jan 19th on a current statement dated a week prior. He (Ryan Norgren??) said it was up to me to contact the creditor to if the name is wrong, until then, they will continue to try and attempt to collect this debt from my son (again, he mentioned his name). I told them they needed to validate the debt before they even try to collect, regardless of the name. He informed me that tht isnt their job. Their job is to collect on bad debts, and this was a bad debt. Gave him the date and the payment conformation number when it was paid, and I was told I need to contact the creditor to see why the payment wasn't applied if in fact it was paid, and gave me the number to call.  Otherwise, if I, or my son, are disputing the collection letter, my son needs to write a dispute letter as stated in the collection letter!  Really?????  OK Alltrans, I will have my 6th grader write a letter!  In the time being, expect legal action!

do nothing but harass even though you tell them youve filed for bankruptcy and have given them all relevant legal information. by law once that information is given they are supposed to stop. and they arent supposed to call at 3am.

Horrible management..they terminated me because of ONE mistake and i was a TL however there is one TL and one FM that has not had any disciplinary actions for their attendence or their ability to do their job.for all the hard work I did as a Team Developer i was not appreciated.BBB should investigate this organiztion for its lack of morals ethics and integrity..AWFUL place to work.No one has basic customer service knowledge intellect or compassion for the customers tgey serve, very rude and unprofessional.dealing with seniors and vulnarble adults require some knowledge and education that alltran lacks!

Former employee, this place is a joke of a "job". Supervisors sleeping with their reps, unfair treatment by supervisors and managers (clearly), favoritism, just a corrupt place to work for. Ill admit, I was fired for password sharing. Which almost everyone there does because management doesn't get their employees passwords for MONTHS. Being fired from this place was the BEST thing that has ever happened to me. I didn't realize how unhappy I was until I left. The place is crawling with loser lifers. GOOD RIDDANCE!
