I went around last year during the summer and overall thought I had a great experience. Service was friendly, quick, and what i thought was good quality. The next morning my skin had broken out in blisters all over my legs where I had been waxed. I had already been getting my legs waxed for a long period of time so i knew there was something wrong with their wax. The blisters lasted so long and I couldn’t get rid of them very disappointed in the outcome.

EDIT: so after 5 times of me having to go back because the waxers couldn’t successfully remove all my hair, I finally am happy with the results. The third time back the waxer missed almost all of the Brazilian hair and both my knees, and on the fourth time almost none of the hair for the Brazilian was gone. My fifth time back was last week right after I had gone in the fourth time, and they FINALLY got the hair off. I had posted my first review back in January, and I am still going to stick to what I said. The staff is really nice and the managers have done everything to make me satisfied with the service, but after 5 times (my first time was back in January) of me having to go back and get them to take off hair they have missed, I will never return here. I appreciate the managers being so helpful and patient, but honestly when you’re paying almost $190 after tip and tax for a leg, Brazilian, and underarm wax, you would expect that on the first time they would be able to remove all of the hair, nevermind the fifth. I don’t mean to sound annoying or whiny but you can get a good wax anywhere else, and for a fraction of the cost.

I went to the Allure in Newmarket, and honestly,  am so disappointed. My waxer was super nice, but she missed so many spots. I had the Brazilian done, and it barley looks like a got much done. I’m super upset because I spent 115+ on their services, and didn’t get my money’s worth. They are all nice girls, but I am really disappointed with the service. 

I would advise not to go here considering the price and what you get as a final product, which sucks because I’ve heard really good things about them :(

The waxing service is very good, but the employees are not treated fairly and the "manager" is rude to customers. I'd love to support the waxers but will not go here anymore because of the way I've seen management treat others. Needs a change for sure.

I came in yesterday for a Brazilian, and  i was greeted by the new receptionist. She was still in training but I have to say i was amazed by her customer service skills. I believe her name was Alessandra, and she made the experience very comfortable and the aesthetician was remarkable with her waxing services. 5 STARS!  i will definitely be back soon!

Hands down, Allure body bar has the best waxer's in town. I have been coming here for about a year now and will never go back to another waxing bar. They are very welcoming and provide a professional atmosphere. The decor is very bright and vibrant. The owners are very friendly as well. If you want the best waxing experience, I highly recommend Allure body bar!
