Alma Family Practice is a designated Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) specializing in Primary Care, a designation held since 2009. We have been utilizing an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system since February of 2005.

8:00 am – 5:00 pm closed for lunch 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm

Monday - Thursday
5:30 pm – 8:00 pm
