I don't know about the doctors themself, cause we didn't make it that far, but they are loosing business cause of their receptionist. My brother called, to get a screw in his leg, looked at, and the woman he talked to was oh so rude. He tried to explain what his situation was and she kept interrupting. She asked why he wasn't going to his doctor, he's over 4hrs away, than had the nerve to ask if he even had insurance? Asking is one thing saying "do you even have insurance" is rude. Needless to say we are looking else where.

Dr. Oh was very nice and answered all of my questions. I trust his medical opinion and his ethics.
