Alpha Dental is a great place to go. Everyone that works there is polite and helpful. I had Dr.P do work on me, he was very informative in the steps that he was performing, and what to expect next. The Dental Tech Amber was great. She definitely knows what she is doing. I am going to recommend this place to anyone seeking dental work.

Absolutely A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!! Very professional, friendly, clean facility with a sense of belonging to their environment. As a first time patient, I went in with excruciating pain and they got me in first thing on a Friday morning. Recommended a root canal and being I have an extremely tight budget; they seen my concern for the tooth being in my smile line, they worked with my budget. Dr. Du, his Assistant Lindsey and the Coordinator Kim were a true blessing to me! I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality and understanding. I didn't feel any pain whatsoever and they were constantly re-confirming throughout the short procedure that my comfort was a priority. I must say it's been a first in a very very long time that customer service went above and beyond since living in Clarksville. Thank you, Alpha Dental!! You have gained 4 new patients, because my family and I will be permanent with you!

Amber "THE ASSISTANT" is very rude. I had a root canal/crown done and after it was done I was having the same issues with my teeth." AMBER" tried to say it was obviously another tooth in the front like I was stupid, dumb, or slow. I tried to tell her why would it be a tooth in the fron when he done teeth on thr side. I call this facility several of time DURING BUSINESS HOURS and leaving a message and no one response nor did they call the customer back. I gave them a try but NEVER AGAIN. My business, money, and insurance will go elsewhere and to a better facilty than this once I pay the remaing balance that they have added to the bill.

This place isn't perfect but it's close to it. My dentist is Du and he's amazing, professional and friendly. The secretaries and assistants are all well mannered and friendly as well. The building looks clean and is equipped with a TV in the waiting room and individual ones with each seat. The prices are average and they have payment plans, and if a problem ever arises I am pleased to say they are quick to fix it. The only problem I have is the location. Though it is close to base, It's a bit risky entering the plaza coming from ft. Campbell. Luckily, they have another route to get to the office if you turn left on jack miller blvd through to the side of the building. Overall it's a great office with friendly staff and affordable procedures.
