Unfortunately, we had the owner Carby who ended up being a one man show enter our home to install electronics only to ruin our entire system. At the time of electronic installation he also proposed a security system that was essentially useless because when we had a problem there was never a return call. The sad part about,Carby, the owner of Alpha Systems is when he had to leave the job or when he did not show for an appointment he used his church as his excuse. Our job was never finished and of course we sent letters and called but he did not respond to either. He is a loser and I hope anyone who reads the review looks to companies that are not a one man show like Alpha Systems.

What do you dislike about it? Share a tip.This company is horrible to do business with.  The monitoring is ok, but good luck getting in contact with someone about a bill.  That is, when you get one.  They say they bill quarterly, but I have gotten them once every 6 months one year, and once a year the next.  When I call, it goes to a contracted call center who says they will take a message, abut then nobody ever calls.  It is insulting.  After faxing a request for cancellation, we sent a payment, with a written request to cancel the account via certified mail to their billing address, and they never picked it up.  When someone finally called, they said that they had allready cancelled our account due to non-payment, refused to send a written copy of our contract or notice of cancellation to us, saying that we had no right, and then said that it is in their lawyers' hands now.  This company is a rip-off and has been reported to the BBB.  I would rate 0 stars if the system let me.
