They are fine in general. I appreciate they coming to the door and grab my bag full of clothes since I normally work there with my dog. I have also asked them to change some big bills for singles, and they did (I wasnt bringing any clothes to clean at all, I just stopped by and asked for help). As far as service, I think is fine. They already know my phone number so I dont have to even bring the receipts to pick up my clothes. Only thing is, they shrunk a sweater once, but it went back to normal size after a while.

This place is horrible. I went in there wanting to inquire about dry cleaning a wedding dress and to have it pressed. The manager says it would be 200. I thought it was reasonable but wanted to go to other places. He asks to see my dress and as I gently hand it over, he plops it on the counter where the cash register is fistfully grabs my dress out of its garment bag. I asked him to be careful and he simply says, "I handle expensive wedding dresses all the time." He asks for my contact number and I gave it to him. I then tell him I'll be back and asks him to give me my dress back and he refused to give it to me stating that I've been "put in the system" and that it's officially going to be cleaned at his store. I was desperate to get it cleaned quickly so I obliged. He said he would give me a $50 discount if I pay in cash but I didn't have any on me so I said I'd just pay in credit. He then flat out told me that I couldn't because it was store policy to take cash only. I ask him why he said to me that he would take my credit card before and then he tells me it is because he has to "show the government paperwork if he accepts credit cards". WOW. I told him forget it and he then allows me to pay after I receive my dress. I got my dress and it was wrapped tightly in a sash. What is the purpose of having a dress pressed if he's going to wrinkle it by tying a sash around it? I also pointed out places that were still wrinkled and he took it back TWICE and tells me that this was the best he could do. I take my dress home for further inspection and lo and behold, I found some spots on the dress and the dress looks like it hasn't even been pressed. I would take it back and complain but I don't want him anywhere near my dress. DO NOT EVER GO TO THE CLEANERS IN GREAT NECK. THEY WILL GIVE YOU BACK YOUR DRESS EXACTLY THE WAY YOU GAVE IT BACK TO THEM. They scam the government, are selfish, and clearly cannot do what their customers pay them to do. BRIDES, STAY AWAY.
