Quality company and people who make a difference in the community! 

Alpine Roofing Construction (ARC) did an excellent job on our roof here in Plano, Texas after the 2016 hail storms that hit the area. Every person I have spoken to has been above and beyond. This goes to Mark Cafaro, Michael and the roofing crew. 

Being a first time homeowner and dealing with the insurance claim and paperwork was more than overwhelming to figure out for my wife and I, but Mark made the process simple explaining everything along the way, he also was by our side when the insurance adjuster come out. 

ARC has a great process, when Mark arrived to provide a quote, he clearly explained the options, laid out a plan of what we wanted, and executed what we agreed to in terms of the work. ARC was always on time and did exactly what was planned and promised. They were professional, answered any questions, and they did the work correctly the first time. The roofing crew did an awesome job and cleaned up afterward and followed up to see if I needed anything or if I had any concerns. They did a roof shingle replacement in one day as promised where many other roofing companies in the area took two or three days to complete then same project. There also did a great job on our gutters.

ARC earned an A+, they did a great job, and we were very happy with them. My wife and I give ARC our highest recommendation and are completely satisfied with the overall experience and worked done.

Great roofing company who has been around for a long time. One of the only roofing companies who can take on challenging commercial jobs! I highly recommend.

I just called to the rudest receptionist that I have ever spoken to. You lost my business due to your rude behavior. As an Executive I find this appalling customer service! I have a BIG claim to file and issues to be fixed immediately. Needed you today, your were rude the second you answered the phone. Fire that receptionist. She just cost you thousands from me alone! I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way!

My office had a leaky roof so we called Alpine. Jeff, was very helpful and explained what the situation was. Their crew came out and repaired the leak within 2 days of my first phone call... pretty fast if you ask me. 

Alpine did a great job on my office's roof and I'll definitely be using them for any other roofing needs, commercial or residential.
