I absolutely loved my shopping experience at Alta Moda! I actually bought my dress during the sample sale towards the end of last year and it was such a fun experience. If you don't know what the sample sale is that they do, look it up and if you haven't bought your dress yet it's worth it to go! When I got in line that morning to buy my dress I thought for sure there would be nothing I liked left by the time I got in to do my shopping, but there were so many beautiful gowns that I had a hard time choosing between two. All the ladies that work there were incredibly helpful and make you feel beautiful trying your dress on. Someone from the store followed up with me a couple time between buying my dress and my wedding date to make sure that I had all the accessories I needed and that I had a seamstress to do alterations. I couldn't have been more happy with my wedding dress and the service I got while shopping for it. They made me a very happy bride!

Emily helped me when I came in to try on dresses. I could go on for a long time about my positive experience with her, but it basically came down to two things - she was personable and genuine. I felt like I had a friend there, not someone pushing me to buy a dress; rather, someone who really wanted to fulfill my motives and desires. The rest of the staff was just as great. Multiple people came by to join in on our conversation and make suggestions. Unfortunately, my budget is quite small and none of the dresses were within my price range; however, I knew this coming in. But I thought I'd give it a try anyways. Instead of kicking me out or being less-than helpful because of this, they sincerely tried to find me a dress that I loved and get it as close to my price range as possible. I didn't end up buying a dress here, but I wish every dress shop provided the same customer service that Alta Moda provided me. Trying on dresses here has been the funnest and happiest part of wedding planning for me so far. I may have wasted your time (the staff stayed far past closing time, even when they knew I probably wouldn't buy a dress), but your store has been the highlight of dress shopping for me, hands down. I wish every girl could have the positive experience that I had. Keep hiring people that are genuine and REAL like Emily!

I loved going here to eat my dress! They made it easy for getting a unique gown. The downfalls is that when you go back to pick up your dress you don’t get the same girl you already connected with on the first visit... secondly I asked for an modest alteration and they did not deliver on that... which was kind of a bummer! But they are knowledgeable and it was overall a good experience.

I had the best experience with Alta Moda. Right when I walked in I felt welcomed, even having a sea of people with me! From the start my experience was everything I could have hoped. Their customer service is amazing, they accommodated us, they really sit down with you to get a vision of your dress and the women I worked with were very knowledgeable. I could tell they wanted me to find the perfect dress. I found my dress in the blink of an eye and would choose to work with them again and again and again.

I had the most wonderful experience with my wedding gown at Alta Moda. My consultant, Emily, went above and beyond to help me create a really custom look that perfectly fit what I needed for my wedding. They were timely, professional, and made the entire experience stress free. I could not recommend them more!
