this bank has totally ruin my credit

I honestly wanted to like this bank since I had family members working there, but after so many mess up's, I just couldn't do it anymore. The last straw was a paperwork transfer that took 4 months too long. When I tried to talk to someone about it, it was impossible to get the call center to transfer me to a manager. Save time and heartache, go to Desert Valley or Navy Fed.
