I have to disagree about "horrible with their employees". I provide a training service for them and they go on and above what other companies provide. The are generous with the quality of equipment provided and allow more than ample time for the process. The employees that come here are extremely happy working there.

They really suck at driving. If this is the quality they put into parking, imagine the crap job they do at electrical.
