Be prepared to WAIT. I was the first appointment of the morning and I was in that office for over 3 hours. This was not even my actual appointment. It was the "consultation". The staff was friendly while I was there however I was not happy that I had to take so much time off work for a consultation. I did not get my teeth cleaned that day. I booked my next appointment to get my teeth cleaned and one of my front teeth needed a filling. I had to pay for all of these services during the consultation appointment. At the time I tried not to let it bother me. I was just happy to get an appointment before I was leaving on a two month vacation out of the country. This office is so out of the way for me. I live in Kendall but my mom recommended this office to me so I went. The day before the actual appointment I received a phone call to confirm my appointment. No issues. The next day, I drive all the way to Homestead for my appointment. The doors were locked, the lights were off inside. I called several times and no one answered. No one was there. I waited outside for 30 minutes to see if maybe they were on lunch break and someone would be back soon. No one showed up. Luckily this was on a Saturday so I didn't have to take more time off work. I left and called them on Monday. The woman on the phone argued with me saying that she called me to leave a message that they will be closed on Saturday. I received no call about this. Only the appointment confirmation call. When I asked what phone number she called, she gave me my emergency contact's phone number (my mom). No idea why they would have called her instead of me. My mom was very busy that weekend and missed the message. They did not have any appointment available before my vacation so I had to leave without the filling on my FRONT tooth. I asked for a refund and it took almost a month to get my money back.

Dr and assistant are very nice but the people handling accounting do not manage things properly. I have been waiting for a refund for 2 months and nobody has called me to let me know anything. I did my full treatment there (not cheap) and expected to have the same for my wife but i will not go there anymore. The person that helped my wife was playing with the prices and i feel very disappointed after getting great service from the Dr and the assistant. You just lost me as a customer.

I came to this office for a consultation on braces, the moment i stepped in i was assisted. so the assistance time was great! The staff was very friendly! Yvette helped me thru all my issues and questions and even price matched other dental quotes i had already researched. I know have my braces and I am very happy with the easy process to get them!
