The lease states that there are breed restrictions and they encourage you to believe that this is a “super” dog-friendly place. They’re right there a lot of dog(s) and dog owners that do not care for their dogs after they use the restroom. Walk around here and look at the grounds. Walk down the side street that is where most of the dog poop is because there is not a lot of places for people to walk their dog(s) on this property. In our building alone I have seen 3 pit bulls which 12-year-old as a breed restriction. I have complained, and they do not do anything. Several dog owners leave their dog(s) on their back patios unattended and allow them to bark. There is no weight limit for dogs being living on higher level floors. So, if there is larger dog above you keep that in mind you will hear them romping non-stop over your head as well as barking. Welcome to having no sleep…….. (Look at the photos and videos for dog issues).

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS APARTMENT!!! Unbelievable apartment manager Amanda. This apartment deducted most of my deposit (which I don't even want to argue with them, they are so hard to communicate with...) and finally mailed the check to my old address after I've moved out for five months. The old landlord received the check, so I called them and asked if they can send a new check to my current address TX. GUESS WHAT THIS AMANDA SAID, she said "now you want to bother me?????" Besides the unbelievable manager, this apartment suck! The reason I moved out was the apartment is not sound proof totally, I can hear my next door fighting at 1am/3am/5am all the time. I complaint to the office, they let me talk to them or call the police... One time I did talk to them, the guy bam the wall and yell at me "Don't f**king know our dam door next time"...

Potential renter beware!!! This is going to be a long comprehensive review, but it will be worth the read before you pay ridiculous rent fees and not enjoy what you think you’re moving into. I am “assuming” other reviews were removed or didn’t care once they moved out. There are some reviews complaining about the same things as far back as 2014. I am tired of not getting what I pay for and when I have made complaints they do not always follow through or make excuses or argue with you and basically tell you “deal with it”. I am also attaching photos and videos to back up what I say.
Parking
Our first experience with Altitude (Charleston Square) was after three days of us living here. I came out to the parking garage heading to work.  I had “verbal” permission from (Drew) to park in the garage and figure out what spots we wanted to rent. Drew had given me few spots that were available, valley apparently not one of them. When I came out to my car it was being towed to my surprise. Three days after living here! The tow truck man was extremely rude and would not call the front to remove my car so that I could go to work. After arguing with him I stormed up front to have my first of many encounters with Amanda (apt manager). Amanda appears extremely nice until she doesn’t like what you have said or she can no longer argue with your facts. Amanda will turn from her nice “normal” speaking voice to using her upper register pitchy voice (AKA Valley voice) to talk dismissively to you. I had asked her why I wasn’t called or given a warning before they towed my car? I was told that there was a sign in front of the garage saying, “any vehicles without a proper parking pass will be towed”. I didn’t notice that sign as I had only been here 3 days. And this is beside the fact that we were told that we could try out the garage and park in those specific spots and of course Drew denied this. I was told that they did try to contact me, but they only knew of one owner with a red VW Jetta and called her to no avail. I countered that statement with why do you request our tag and vehicle information upon moving in? Amanda tried to be nice and offer us a “buy one get one free” spot to adjust for the mishap. That was decent after towing my car and knowing there is not ample parking.

Complete Fraud!! They will never refund the deposit. Do not apply here. 
 I applied online but decided not to take the apartment because everyone recommended against them. They crafted a fake application, with clauses I never saw online, to prove that I was not eligible for a refund of my deposit. 
Please ping me if this has happened to anyone else.

 I found these apartments to have nice architecture and a prime location in upscale Blue Ash area of Cincinnati. Location is excellent for I 71 North & Ronald Reagon Cross County Highway access near I 275 with  local eateries, shopping, and services. I like my updated 1 BR apartment with a nice balcony; grounds had nice shrubbery and pool. I really like having my own washer and dryer.I felt safe here; all neighbors have been nice. Management have been nice; I have paid attention to the lease contract and think that has helped to know what the expectations are. I do not understand why other reviewers had such bad experiences; sometimes I think people expect too much and don't know they are the ones who need to find out what their renter responsibilities are to help management run their property effectively. However, I understand frustrations if something is not getting fixed within a few days and/or there are significant problems that are not being taken care of though. Also, I agree that the exercise room and equipment need attention: cleaning and repair!
