I have been coming here since moving to Waco in 2015. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Alvin is always very thorough in his examination. When I needed extra tests she explained everything so I understand why they were needed and what information we would get from having them done. My son is also a patient and they're very good with him as well. There is a great selection of eye wear and they're excellent when I walk in with a repair. And that's often when you have a soccer playing boy. I highly recommend.

2. 1. After my third visit to Dr. Alvin's, I'm satisfied with the results of my appointments and all the treatments administered. He is a Gentleman. 2. Scheduled a checkup online and I was really attended to as scheduled. Feels good to know there are serious businesses like Dr. Alvin's 3. My first visit to Dr. Alvin at Costco went well. Great guy on a personal level too# 4. The Dr took the time to educate me on the health of my eyes. Good practice I must say. 5. Rather than have to wait for a checkup I rescheduled another meeting with him and just like he promised, I was able to meet with him personally for my checkup. 6. Great team up there at Costco. Very likable assistant and easy to work with. Just what you would expect from a professional team. 7. meets my needs every time I come here. I'm going to stick with him for a while as long as I continue to receive the same service from the team here. 8. Dr. Alvin Lo and his staff are the best! Super friendly and caring. I love that they disinfect every equipment right in front of you before your eye exam (because not every place does that). Dr. Alvin takes his time in trying to find you the best vision. He is very passionate about what he does and I can't thank him enough for helping me to see more clearly. Thank You!

Great service. Dr Alvin was very professional took the time to explain me everything into details. Needed a new prescription and glasses. All the crew there were very helpful and their price can't be beat. I highly recommend them no waiting time

Great place. Easy to work with and the took my insurance with ease. The new glasses I came out with fit my oval face perfect! They helped tremendously. Love this place! For years, I've been coming here. Since high school, and they always treat me good despite being in Costco!
