I was five feet from the car and he threw our package on the ground. I'm not sure if mail people aren't allowed to hand us mail directly or not, but he's done it before when I was outside. I also understand they have a lot to deliver and have to do things in a timely fashion but this isn't the first time he's thrown our packages on the ground. We've called on him before and nothing has changed. Why would you throw a package on the floor? If he damages our stuff is there something we can do about it?

Theyre ok unless you want customer service. They need to be retrained to learn to be more professional about their customer interactions. 
This place is OK if you know everything you need to know beforehand and need little guidance, otherwise dont expect thorough help you might get at ups or fedex

I've been mailing letters outside of the US for around three years. When they put the universal sticker on it my letters never arrive where there suppose to go. So through the years I've learned to do first class and have them weighed and a sticker printed out and my letters always arrive where they were supposed too.  Problem is everyone in the post office wants to be rude when I ask for this service. Today I was the only customer there and she threw a fit about doing it saying it takes too long but yet I was the only person there. Why can't they justdo what I ask for. No wonder Noone uses the post office  anymore. Customer service sucks.

Horrible Service.  Half of the time my mail ends up in another mailbox or I get mail from other people.
